bright

 This photo is of a piece of a quilt hand-sewn by MeMe (Marian Ariail). Auntie Lynn sent it to me a couple of years ago, before the fire that consumed her house and everything in it-- but none of the people or plants. Isn't it a treasure?

Yesterday, my housemate Annis returned to Iran.  My other housemate, Laurie is vacationing in the Sierras, which leaves me and the little black cat Stella to enjoy the house, and the quilt, alone.

    does the polka dot have fuzzy dots? the way it looks here is exactly the way i remember the polka dot pinafore i ruined by roiling down the bank.

    The polka dots are not too fuzzy, but I sure love the story of you roiling down a bank in a polka dot pinafore!!
